• We set up your tables and chairs according to plan (up to 200 reception and 130 for the ceremony)

• 15 Classical 8 foot custom-built wooden Tuscan farm tables (absolutely striking) Similar tables rent for over $120 each in the Fort Wayne area, an $1,800 value just with the tables, plus all the other amenities listed here.

• 200 Upgraded matte gold Chiavari chairs with ivory cushions for reception

• 125 Mahogany folding chairs with black cushion for the ceremony

• Four Magnificent 5’ Brushed Bronze Chandeliers-Breathtaking

• Numerous absolutely stunning Chandeliers to place in different locations

• Our 625 SF (26x24) Concrete Outside Dance Floor is now Installed and is INCLUDED in Your Price. This alone saves you $500 +.

(no need to bring decor unless you choose to)

Other Important Details

No hidden fees--there are no additional Barn On Nye Manor service fees or taxes. No food, beverage, bar, or spending minimums. No guest count minimums. No gratuities.

Additional fees separate from the venue

• Your Vendors, including but not limited to: Bar Service, Caterers, Photographer, DJ, Security, etc.

• If over 140 guests, including the bridal party, a tent must be rented. This is a reasonable fee. We prefer “Delphos Tent and Awning”

• Our 625 SF (26x24) Outside Dance Floor under the Vintage Edison lighting is now Installed and is INCLUDED in Your Price. This alone saves you $500 +

• Day of Insurance policy. $1,000,000 coverage. You can obtain your own or go through our agent for around $100 for a $1,000,000 policy listing Barn On Nye Manor as additional insured.
